Dr. Noohi has been my dentist for many years and I highly recommend him! I referred him to an elderly friend and his technical dental skills, thoughfulness and wonderful patient manner have shined most brightly when treating her. She is age 90 and her teeth have always been challenging, but recently they have deteriorated terribly. She saw 5 different dentists in her home state and every one of them said their only solution was to pull all of her teeth and replace them with dentures and implants. These plans would have been extremely expensive, and put a 90-year old through a year of torturous dental procedures. Dr. Noohi is the only one who insisted these plans were unnecessary and overly aggressive for someone her age. I brought her to DC and placed her back in Dr. Noohi’s care and the result so far has been nothing short of miraculous. No one expects the work he has done to last forever, and he made clear at every stage that his goal is to keep her healthy (she had numerous abscesses) and try to save her remaining teeth for as long as they can be preserved. This is exactly what she wants and he is the only dentist she consulted who was willing to listen to her wishes and try to comply with them. Instead of torturing her for the next year, she will likely be done in a matter of 2-3 weeks. And although we know the work may not last for the long term, she is extremely happy with the outcome. Dr. Noohi has been fantastic and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented, thoughtful and considerate dentist.
